Cancellation/Missed Appointments
We appreciate your trust in us and set aside time specifically for you during your appointment. To serve everyone, we kindly ask that you keep your commitment and arrive on time. Cancellation/missed appointments can affect other clients, so please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. If you miss your appointment without notice, we may ask for the full cost of the missed treatment. Thank you for your understanding.
Late arrival policy
If you arrive late for your appointment, you will be billed for the full cost of your original booking. Thank you for respecting our time.
Tipping policy
In lieu of gratuity, your return visits to the clinic are the best tip, and referrals to a family member, friend, or co-worker are greatly appreciated.
